In certain cases, particularly if there is a history of unsuccessful deliveries or concerns regarding potential fraud, we may request a 200 Taka advance payment through mobile financial services (MFS) or bank transfer to confirm the order. This advance payment will be deducted from the total amount due at delivery.

We aim to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. For deliveries inside Dhaka, orders are usually delivered within 48 hours from shipment. For deliveries outside Dhaka, please allow 2-5 days for delivery.
In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to operational issues with our delivery partners. YOUR DESIRE BY HUMASHA is not responsible for such delays but will work to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
